You need help alright bro.....ohh a petrol tank. Right.

Could you bodgy an NSR tank onto it ?

I mean there's not much left of it now. Did you know the single sided swingarm bolts straight into a CBR400 ? And those magnesium wheels.....mmmmmmmm

Keep trying poos, I'm sure you'll get there in the end. Don't like you chances of finding a tank, the only decient ones are on gixxers yet to be crashed...

I thought that would get a reaction.

My engine is in bits at the mo - rings might need replacing, either that or valve guides/stem seals causing all that smoke, plus the chain is absolutely rooted which will give me a bit more power.

Considering my best lap time from Saturday is pretty much on par with 1st and 2nd place in the Pre 89 Jnr championship, and it was my first time racing, and 2nd day on the bike,

A: I don't really think I need any more power......... and,

    B: I don't want it trashed thanks.......

How much can a tank be customised to fit? I mean how difficult would it be? Is it a case of getting ahold of someone with a tig welder?

What model do you have ...there is a GSXR 1000 on the Auctions here , but the buggers want 38 000 yen ..

But the older aor smaller models are around 10 000 yen ...MAYBE... dot dot dot ...a tank from a 400 may fit????

or failing that Is your tank completely unrepairable , ??? Large hole in bottom and a skilled panal beater???
