Oh and maybe a ride around the outskirts before we all head to the pub?

Sweet you'll be there Virago, if you have any contact with The_Preacher aswell can you see if he can make it? Havn't seen him online in a while.

I think you're thinking of thise one

Nah I don't have spare 10k for it either wich is why the one I bought is only 7,200 lol.

There is one up northland guy wants 7,500 for it but it's been bored out to 1440 so have a few doubts as to its reliability...

I think a fang to Akaroa might be just the ticket; far enough to have fun, but not so far considering you have to ride it all the way back north.
Cant see a lot on the Calendar for that weekend, so it might be a goer

Seems Balfast is the common meeting ground, although rather not be forced to drink Harringtons again. Had a damn "red wine headache" yesterday.

Hear there is a new place opening up down by Northwood. One of my Collegues(sp?) neighbours owns it.
Never been too keen on Harrington's myself. Gota be something a bit more central witrhout parking problems

damn, just had a thought... I think racing at levels is on that weekend (might have to give that a go), so probably will be in Tmaru for the day. Might just have to meet up at where-ever we decide to meet up later.

Where do you reckon is good Skyryder? A more central location, tho I do so LUV Harringtons desserts....sigh...

Speight's AleHouse. The one near the new railwaystation. That's sorta central. City ones are too awkward for parking etc. There's a Harrington's on the corner of Fitz and Gloucester. Think it's still there. Unless they have off street parking I'd give that area a miss. I'd've got up too the SD one but did not see the thread until too late.

The 'Riviera of the South' is basically inland from Dunedin - not a day trip from Christchurch (not unless you like >1000km in a day)
