Edit: well you dropped to $900 now...sounds better price.

they are really nice leathers. If I were you, I would just go and get them adjusted so they fit.

Have thought about it, but I dont want to spoil them. So will see if they sell, if not I may still do that. I was kinda saddened by the too shortness of them, but thats the problem with getting things sight unseen eh? Cos they are damn nice. Bummer...but thats life

Cibby had hers altered because the back was too short on her 2 piece Spidi's. Kerry in Auckland did an awesome job, the leather grain and the colour was matched perfectly. It didn't cost much either.

Mate, word of advise, dont fuck around with them by getting them adjusted, sell them and get some new ones. reason is if they are to short or tall whatever, they need to add in the legs, this upsets the positioning of the armor and makes a mess of it, been there done that, cut your losses and get a new set
Ive run out of fucks to give

Yes they are, I wear a older version of theses leathers and they are very good value for money, excellant quality, some one will get a great deal.

edit: just checked these leathers out myself, very nice but theres no way in hell Ill ever fit em, but as said above they are very well made and the armour is very comfortable.
    cheers DD

That is the 'buy now' price of course, not the auction price... and tell me where you would get some new Dainese leathers custom fitted for $1150 landed in NZ, with all the trimmings of course? Bearing in mind that the freight cost to NZ was 75 pounds UK (aprox $240 NZ)... I'm curious as I have not seen anything online, and I have been looking for a few months

Go and have a look at Dainese Pro shop Belgium. Drop them an e-mail and see what they say. Mate of mine just got a suit of them. Paid $60 shipping. They sent him a sizing chart with all kinds of measurements to take. Asked him for tight or loose fitting. The suit arrived and fits him better than my APstars fit me and I tried three pairs on.

I have been to the site several times, and thought about emailing them, but with prices in the UK Dainese shop of 900+ pounds (US shop about 1100 US) for new leathers I considered them a little out of my reach. There are some specials to be had but they wouldn't be fitted.
