Zimbabwes first Mall (build in about 1998) is in a area called Westgate, pretty much right on the outskirts of Harare, so pretty much anyone with money to actually spend at the mall had to drive for about 40 minutes to get there... and that post in the middle of nowhere was just up the road from the mall...
