    bike friendly flat to let

my next door neighbors are moving out .. 2 bedroom flat in Mt. Roskill, right of Richardson Rd. off street parking down a ROW with a carport . Bush setting, quiet and safe. this is attached to my house, so any dirtbag will have to get past me to nik your shit ( im a real light sleeper...)

i'd like to see this go to a biker ( no.. its not mine .. just letting everyone know)

    pm me for details..

    If only....

Though don't know what the neighborhood would do with two phsycotic Americans....

4th of July would be lots of fun though.

    Will do mate.

Ok gonna let the thread get back ontopic before we get a yellow card lol.

Would move up as it would be easy to get a transfer from work, but have too much debt I'm paying off to be able to afford rent and other bills.

Would this flat be suitable for a large scale chemistry experiment?
