Bad luck mate, hope it shows up intact.

You might want to stake out that "Toast" fella.

I hear he was looking for a van for his racebike, failing that I'm sure he'll have a keen eye on tard me and other places so may see it pop up.

Here's a pic, they all pretty much look alike. Whoever it was left me a newer L300 in Red belonging to a local flooring guy. I gave him a call, he was pretty excited about getting his van back. His was nicked about 5min away. Why did they want mine? his was much nicer.

S'white - white vans = more common = less consipcuous...they're prob gonna use it for some sort of 'job' - you may yet get it returned to you from the scene of a crime. Hopefully not a ram raid coz that can bugger the front obviously.

Nae luck dude - insurance cover any good?

There has been some strange things happening down the Wellington way...

Some crims have been stealing brand new beds etc out of the back of a truck over night recently (between 1am and 5.30am)....... (queen size and double beds) it took 3 trips at shifting the whole load.... so the stuff must be local. They were caught on video camera but the camera didnt get the rego numbers of the smaller truck, as the camera is for the street not the actual location.

Then the next night another truck was broken into and linen etc was taken...

So someone is setting up home with brand new gear down there in Lower Hutt and the Wellington area.

So maybe the van was needed for smaller items.....

Good luck in getting your van back.

Bizzare - well, I've been out and about all day on the bike. I'll keep Mk I eyeballs peeled for white vans! Bastards need to be dragged naked over gravel to remind them that taking over peoples property is a no-no

I'll keep looking. I'll ask a "mate" (or at least this bloke I know) too...

    Van found

The Police caught 5 kids driving around Evans bay at 3.30am this morning. They had a mitsi key, and had been trying it out on different vehicles. It's undamaged.

    Fantastic!

Fantastic! Glad to hear that the rozzers have located said property, perps and hopefully give them the learn?

Nothing damaged or missing I take it? And will they cough up for the replacement for fuel used?

Nice to know that you've musta been a good boy in a previous life to get some nice karma back heh!
