ok so they over-reacted to him, but if you are young and in a vulnerable situation (eg riding a bike and not very well built yourself) then it normally pays to just go on your way without being the 'big man' and looking disagreeingly at other road users because of their actions.

Glad he's ok, and i dont mean to be a dickhead, but it sounds like he should keep to himself a bit because i'm sure he's been in a situation like this before... thats more than i have experienced in nearly 5 years, and i ride like a dick too.

    Pretty simple really.

You have an address, you know the driver is associated with it in some way even if he doesnt live there.

Get a carload of guys, make sure everyones wearing black and has a balaclava. Turn up at said house , making sure each person has a baseball bat / weights bar / axe handle / what have you. Kick in the front door, yank the phone out of the wall, and beat the shit out of the people in the house until they tell who the guy who did it is, and where he lives.

Or you simply send our russian alchoholic friend Mr Molotov to visit them.
    Either works for me.

The only language our "early settler" friends understand is violence, so you need to speak in their reo.

As posted before, LIAS, there will be no revenge!
Since the police already believe the criminal more than they believe the victim in this case, who do you think they will come running to when the shit hits the fan?
hXc is 15 and a criminal record will seriously interfere with his career plans.
Karma will deal to these scum eventually, we just have to be patient.

    Yer trollin' right?

So somebody buys a ute off you, fails to change ownership, pisses off somebody whose huge ugly mates kick in your door looking for the new owner of the ute, I bet YOU would be thrilled with THAT!!!

OR Ute owner lived at the address where you now live only he was living there about two lots of tenants previous to you.
And agin, he pisses off somebody who then comes in through your shattered front door with a group of nasty heavies at 3am looking for owner of ute...

Again I bet you'ld be stoked with THAT too eh?

You cv lists YD&FC as principal atributes I'd say

Jesus - talk of petrol bombing someone because they slapped a kid. Dare I say there was a bit of provocation from both sides, not that it justified hitting or slapping him back. Its not like both guys jumped out and gave him a good kicking. Lesson learn't? Just overtake and move on.

When i was in a similar situation i told the police exactly what happened (including my actions which werent exactly exemplary), this put me up on the wall too which i took into account at the time. Perhaps if a criminal record is not going to do good things for his career plans (police? aviation?) then perhaps he change tack on the road and start being a little more thoughtful when he decides to do things like this.

I'm not saying he did wrong, or that he deserved what happened, or that the cops will do him for what has happened, but until he has a bike powerful enough to get himself out of the way of trouble then it might pay to just keep his head low to ensure he fullfils his career plans.

Earlier in the thread it was posted that the ute had been seen outside that address in the last day or two, despite police being told the person hasnt lived there for years. Ergo my statement that the driver still has SOMETHING to do with that house. Maybe he still lives there, maybe its his parents, who knows.. The ute was outside the house, which means the driver is still associated with it.

My point was either the person will be at the house, or the people at the house will know who he is, because his ute still goes there.

I dont make a habit of beating up random teenage kids on motorbikes. I do however make a habit of using violence when anyone threatens or attacks my friends and family, and I dont fuck around with bitch slaps. If someone fucks with me and mine, I will retaliate, I will not play nice, and I will escalate the level of force used.

So is the ute going there regularly? or could it be he's dropping off the last of the money he owes when he bought it.

Or coming back to complain the ute is a piece of crap and he wants his money back?

    Or actually visiting another house.

Or was he dropping off a hitchhiker who lived in the area.

Or was he casing one of the houses preparing to doing a burg.

Or was he stopping off to buy a 'tinnie'

Or is he a mate of the son of the person living there - and only known as Cyril to the son?

Or had the son taken the ute away to a party - and one of his party-going mates 'borrowed' it for an hour??

    Facts first -acts later.
