Don't under estimate how much trouble a slipped disk can be...they can take up to 9 months to heal. And carrying on riding can stop / slow that healing
If you find that your GP or physio don't seem to be helping much - or don't realise just how much pain you are in - refer yourself to the Back Clinic at Wakefield hospital. ACC should cover most of the cost. They will work out just where the problem is, give you the right excercises for your injury , and come up with a plan to get you riding / riding again.
I guess they are still there, certainly helped BusaJim when he did his disc in a couple of years ago, trying to catch his bike (but failing) when it fell of its stand.
Doctor was useless, just treated him like he was trying to wangle an medical certificate to get off work and the advice given "keep on doing the things you normally do" was the worst advice he could have given.

Took a few weeks before he said "it must be worse than I realised"
BusaJim had already taken himself off to the clinic by then.

You cat is puss-say? You can probably get a cream from the vet to clean that up or just pop it yourself.

"cant" is "can't" isn't it? Or should "cant" and "cant" and "can't" be "Cant" and "Can't" in the example I give?

When I saw them fallen over there today, the bandit was lying on TOP of the scooter, so maybe it was not the scoot's fault.

That will be a NZ assembled scooter trying to wriggle out of any personal responsibility for the calamity it caused.

If you are referring to "cant" as an angle of lean from the vertical.
