yeah, I did get my gixxer pretty cheap, buy two get one half price kinda thing.

i'd say avoid a red frock cos it'll clash with your ginger pubes, but pink should be ok, or a nice pastel blue.

Just for the record you can't by the forks in my bike as they are , They are made under patent contract by Ohlins for Aprilia only & aren't sold to anyone else . When talking to Robert Taylor over a coffee last week he told me this which was abit of a surpise but he said he could buy every single part seperatley then put it all together at $$$$$$$$$$$$ cost if ya liked a set for your bike . I believe the standard Ohlins forks are as you state 5-6k but I think you may find that the external Compression adjustable Ohlins like mine are a little more . So would still be worth more then both of Dovers bike plus yours Keep up the good riding on the track Poos Will get to see ya skill one of these days

nope your wrong....ohlins road and track forks are 5-6k.....that is what is specified by aprillia....same as whats on flames new aprillia....and the ones sold in masterton at masterton motorcycles....do some research....I think you misunderstood robert as ironically I had the same discussion with him when I was looking to upgrade my TLs....and I ws looking at aprillia's too...

No, he is correct, the forks on Sensei's bikes are built under license to Aprillia!

The fact that they are built under license makes them a Genuine Aprillia part, which means they are silly exspensive

You are both correct about Road and Track being 5-6 k

    Your Comparing a 50,000km K3 GSXR1000..(in silver)Trade in price $10,000
    With a 15,000km K3 GSXR1000..(in silver)Private sale price $11,495

The bike shop sold 50,000km GSXR1000K3 for $12,500...(your one)

So why can't I sell mine for $1,495 more than you got for your trade in price?

After all...It has done less than a 3rd of the kms your GSXR1000K3 had done...

You should of taken those bit off....Winja was offered a 10k trade in By MT EDEN on his GSXR1000K3...And it almost a right off!!!

I think you ripped Sensei...You could of sold that shock..And made an extra $1000-$1500...

    Crazy Steve..
