When I can afford to get over there man. Which time seems to be getting further and further away. Charging system is buggerd on my bikle and I'm in the preccess of figureing out wich part is causeing the problem. Only things left are the regulator/rectifier or the alternator.

It's a 19 year old bike man I expected it to have some problems. Plus I was warned about the charging systems on Vmaxs before I even got it. I've got the shop manual for it so that's helping so far. I just need to get to the regualter/rectifier thing wich is behind my left side pillion peg mount and I have no idea how to get it off.

my old XZ 400 had bad electrics, but it was a terrible bike!

I've decided this one definately has a female persona. Keeps trying to tell me who's boss and only runs absolutly smooth after I spend all my time between when I get off work and when I go to sleep payying attention to her. Now I just need to get a feel for her name.

What's wrong with Uni staff? Apart from the wisdom that can only be aquired by surviving to be twice your age plus some...

you must be the guy with the yellow tri...that looked rather nice, yea nothing wrong with uni staff...if they're keen to come riding with students thats awsome...mite actually be a good idea if some of them have been riding for years because i'm sure if i do go ahead with it most members will be noobs, including myself once i get back on a bike
