10 points for organisation...come a long way since the first one, hehe.

The route was really awesome, cannot believe that we have such good roads out here in the east.

Was really good catching up with some of the KB's that hadn't been seen for a while and also putting some new faces to regular names.
Looking forward to seeing those vids Rookie..

    Thanks Mav,

Making your pad the landing base for the bike squadron was appreciated! Cheers for the drinks and watching the fireworks bang off was good - riding home, hardly any cages about

Got to the motorway and there was smoke just wafting across from all the explosives being let off around!

Missed the ride today but will hopefully get to ride with you all again sometime soon!

Very handy little ride, and just what I needed, nothing long like a coro (which needs an early wake up) and still a bit of fun to be had.

Spent some time at the back being TEC with Warlock, and trying to offer the odd riding tips etc, then spent a bit of time hounding a slippery little 250 in the twisties

    Cheers Mav

Cheers mav and everyone that turned up! Was an awesome afternoon and the fireworks were pretty cool in the end (as was the little random blat around the empty carpark).

Big ups to Rookie who has improved heaps since i last saw him out riding! Good stuff bro.

The 250 rides are coming along good, was fun to hang out with you guys as well as heading off for a blat with Tristan - that guy is too fast!

I'll try and get that video of Ardmore quarry up and posted, until i get a new computer i wont be able to do much with the other video except for watching it on the TV, i've watched some and its come out really good.

Cheers again to Maverick and the 250 crew, good to see some dedicated riders coming through!

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Part of me really regrets not making the 250 ride on 5th Nov but Faaaaark that Taupo full track rocks!

Did the commute to work this morning weary but felt more in control than usual - it's good to get a bit closer to the limits of your bike - allows you to fling it around a bit more.

Feel really guilty about R6 kid talking of new 250 dedicated riders and I didn't bother my arse turning up eh? Shame on me.

    Next time fellas eh?

Er...um...yeah - like - it's got a 2 litre Turbocharged engine and lots of little computers telling the wheels when to stop and when to go and really fucken short service intervals and costs about 20 times the price of a 250cc used motorcycle so fuck yeah, it might just keep up with a 250cc imported bike with a Learner on it coz it only needs a moron behind the wheel to keep it on the road at insane speeds (the car does all the work not the driver) whereas the bike requires talent, precision and guts.

Now now ... be nice ... keep the scotsman in the cage (not a reference to cars).

Hes a young lad and dosn't know the joy of dragging off a tricked out car at the lights on a 250 ..
