    gorgeous

    cheers Johnny for the ride.

Struggled to make it to Kaiaua before I died of hunger pains, and the busy fish and chips shop didnt help much either.

But was a good day all round (as any day on the bike is)

Respect for the big smokies too JR...was initially assumed to be tyre smoke but ah well.

Good to see Buddy L back on the bike who was riding like a little school boy who'd just been given back a confiscated slingshot.

I'll just put that down to not riding in a while thanks for the day and will have to do it again sometime.

I was heading North just around the corner from Kawakawa bay and waved at a whole bunch of people on bikes.

Was you lot then??? Should have spun around and ridden with you's for a bit but had too much on anyway.

yeah id say that was probably us.....turn that mean machine around next time and come for a burn.....

Yep, should have done but if you haven't met some new faces before you aren't always sure if people are on KB or not and there are a minority who do not appreciate other riders just joining in.

Seems to be these days that just about everyone is on KB anyway so shouldn't have been a problem.

It's always much more pleasant riding with others though. On you own is okay but nothing beats a small group having a good ride

Was nice to get out even for a little while last Saturday. Weather was warm and nice,

Good to hear you guys had a good ride.
If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.
