That video doesn't really show the guys heckling him before-hand.
If you were doing a show and some group of pricks up the back starting shouting, it would piss you off. A clever comic would poke fun back though without overly offending and get bigger laughs.
Kramer is more of a visual comic, and sucks at telling jokes

Never been a Sienfield fan. Saw something on the news. Seem to me Kramer can get abused and no one takes any notice. Turn it on to the abusers as he did and all hell breaks loose. What's good for the goose 'use' to be good for the gander. Not any more. All this ethnic shit. Hey I'm an ethnic. A white one in the winter and a brown one in the summer. Proud To Be White

Someone finally said it.
How many are actually paying attention to this?

There are African Americans, Mexican Americans, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, etc.
And then there are just Americans.

You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction.
You Call me 'White boy,' 'Cracker,' 'Honkey,' 'Whitey,' 'Caveman' ... and that's OK.

But when I call you, Nigger, Kike, Towel head, Sand-nigger, Camel Jockey, Beaner, Gook, or Chink ...
You call me a racist.

You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you, so why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?
You have the United Negro College Fund.
You have Martin Luther King Day.
You have Black History Month.
You have Cesar Chavez Day.
You have Yom Hashoah.
You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi.
You have the NAACP.
You have BET.

If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) we'd be racists.
If we had a White Pride Day, you would call us racists.
If we had White History Month , we'd be racists.
If we had any organization for only whites to 'advance' OUR lives we'd be racists.

We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce.
Wonder who pays for that?

In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for

You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're not afraid to announce it. But when we announce
our white pride, you call us racists.

You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats
up a black drug-dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.

I am proud. But you call me a racist.

Agree 100%. I remember years ago an album came out title 'Black and beautiful'. Imagine the backlash if one came out called 'White and wonderful'. We have a NZ Maori rugby team, not racist. Imagine a white-only team. In American they have the African-American Awards that recognise significant African-Americans. Imagine a White-American awards? And by just having an African-American award, what are they saying about themselves? That they can not compete with the white man? That they are still oppressed?

All this is making me feel like some of you are going to call me a racist myself. That's fine by me. I'm just proud to be who I am, a member of the human race.

I reckon everyone should HTFU, it thought it was funny. The whole racism thing has been blown to one side. I think racism most of the time is a crock of shit, sure there are some things you shouldn't say, but i've seen people who are crying racism turn aorund and say something equally racist back and believe it's okay. Because they are saying it to a white person. It's funny how there are two standards now eh! And i do believe the guy who started it called kramer a cracker......isn't it nice for him, allowed to be racist back.
