Different shops mean different things to different people. Personally I won't bother with colemans, their workshop is shocking.

yeah, I even picked your arse up to take you there for battery and tyres and they were hardly interested.

one good experience and you'd have probably thought of them first next time you had a problem.

customer service is not a strong point in many of Aucklands bike shops.

    Shows how much I know...

But on that note, if their that bad, then post a message on that site.
Better to let people know and share the knowledge. Stop others fromg etting ripped off... I think that's what the sites about anyways.
Screw the bad guys out of business and help the good ones.

We all have our favourites. I like Cycletreads and Spectrum.

Dont worry about it, there are many different opinions on KB. If you think Colemans are good then go for it... There are few people on KB who have worked for them.

However all I will say is some people say they are terrible, while others swear by them - rather make up your own mind than let KB sway you

Good idea re that website but as far as Colemans are concern I give them a wide berth due to past issues and prefer my local(Whangarei) Suzuki shop,Maunders Suzuki.
Excellent straight up customer service....and they let me ride their bikes

    Red face

Thanks about the site. From the sounds of it, more people like them less then those who do.

All I can say is if you can help one person by stopping them from making a bad decision, then you've done a good thing.

Hardest thing is getting people to share their knowledge.
