If you can get down the State Highway 1 to Paraparaumu by 12:15 you can ride into the Hutt with us. We are meeting at the Mobil SStn on the intersection of SH1 and Kapiti Rd - which is controlled by traffic lights - the only set of lights in Paraparaumu so you cant really miss them!

Have you thought about going into where you get your bike serviced and asking if you could borrow a demonstrator for a hour or two? You never know your luck...

Hey, I might be able to make it down. Will have to see how I am after Daryl's funeral. Just incase I decide to go down could some one please PM me clear details as how to get to where the meeting place for the ceremony ride is, if there is one, or just how to get to where the funeral will be held... coming from Taupo direction.

Also, does some one have a floor/couch/bed I could sleep Thursday night on?... although I will only be able to confirm if I'm coming down tomorrow evening, so will have to be short notice sorry.

We've got a bed available if required, let me know.

OUt of respect, I assume that we're to wear clear visors in the convoy. I'm going to anyway, but is someone able to confirm if this is the case for others please.

That's a good point about the visors Slingshot, hadn't thought of that, what are the "rules" on that?
Oh and the little vid was funny, and so typical aye.

Visor idea is good...my clear one is less encrusted with bugs anyway.
