That sounds like a good suggestion. MrCSL & I would be keen for that (we're away from the 14th to 19th - next week. YAY!).

I've made sure and subscribed to the 'Meetings and Events' forum so I don't miss out!

sounds like it will be next year then I dont mind so long as this thread stays funny. Are we putting jim2 on the stake now ? we dont have to burn him, just leave him up there for a couple of hours.

No need to chase you and get all sweaty.. I think a Jim2 trap would be a lot easier.... I reckon a posh coffee and a bling bit for a kawasaki would do for bait.

if you put both on top of the stake then you would have a self mounting jim2 stake trap.

Wouldn't that be a self mounting jim2 steak cooker?

PM sent Paul. 27th is good though.

Yep! 27th is affirmative. We will still have numb bums, I expect, from our N.Island trip but we should be able to make it.

Much as I know how you Kiwis can't resist the smell of roasting English beef, (after all, it is the best in the world) I shall, of course, be resisting all attempts to burn me at the stake by bringing my minder, Bex.

I'll bring some warm beers too. Nice!
