Good point Dan, I was going to ask 'who' and 'how many' were going to turn up. If there isn't must interest I'd be out on the boat fishing.........

So how many 'newbs' do we have? And how many Mentors do we require? I'll be a bit pissed if I turn up and no-one is there..........would of cost me a snapper.

Looking good, about even ratio of one newb to one mentor so far...

Well, we wouldnt want you to miss out . . . so I'll fill in and be the deck hand if you like! Although, thinking about it, just what "duties" exactly does Qkkid require of his deck hands? If he's expecting to be doing any Jolly Rogering or getting anyone to "walk the plank" then I'll be jumping ship . . . but I think Indy's qualified for that sort of thing being a navy boy and all.

OK assuming that everyone that said they are coming actually turns up...

    I counted 12 newbies and 5 mentors

Weather forecast looks a little grim, 50/50 chance of rain at the mo... ...will keep you updated!

i rode for about 2 years, and then haven't ridden for the passed year n half.
been back on a bike bout a month.
so i might be some where in between newbie and mentor.
but i don't know if what i do (how i ride) is correct.

Did you do much open road riding back when you had the CBR? Either way take your time bro, lots of bike there in that new blade of yours!
