all in all a very good ride. Certainly a good idea to do this kind of thing more often. Was great to help the inexperienced in a pressure free environment, and from my observations of Sarah's riding I think she did real well

yea for sure was an awsome ride...biggest i've been on and good road to start breaking in the Fazer...was a little hairy going back on the slightly gravel bits (nearly went off into a ditch twice) haha good fun
pity i had (still here) to work because lunch would have been nice and more riding
will do my best to come along to another session and bring a camera when there's lots of bikes like that

:slap: That would be me and my big mouf then {blush}
Knee-jerk reaction because I'm hoping to get my g/f out with us as she is *very* nervous rider. I was just imagining the "...never again ..." bollocking I would have got if that had happened.
Am really looking to KB rides to give her convidence and mentoring and knowledge to stay safe and enjoy herself
Brett
mostly my fault
The gravel wasn't there on wednesday when I did a recce drive
damn waikato council
oh it wasnt so much the gravel at fault more than me going faster than whatever the reccommended speed is anyways...no one ever does that but on the bike most of the time you add about 40 or so to the number...gravel was more like reccomended speed + 20 or 30, and the bike started to loose traction so i'd lean out and go wide as per usual
otherwise that was a sweet as ride aye, just having such a big group was enough to make it heaps of fun
working till 10:15 on a saturday is just shit house

That was good fun, good to see so many out and maybe on the next one I wont have to shoot off early so I can meet some of the auckland guys.
Speaking of next one, when is it?
It's better to Burn out than to Fade away - Cause thats value for money!!
full marks to Terminal Addict for actually doing a reccie a few days ahead and organising this ride.
Cheers for a great day out, I'm getting quicker on the corners, but am still a long way from living up to my P Plate.
There's another trip like this on Jan 2, let's head east this time.
Shane
It was good to meet you fellas today (I was the Scottish gobshite that turned up near the end) They do a really good steak sandwich at that place - must remember for future ref.
