There's no such thing as a free lunch?

At least I thought that was the saying.

I will accept a PM regarding payment if the consumer of the following does not want to be publicly known

    Chicken Breast
    Ginger Beer

    Cheers

    Ditto~
Great effort and good turnout. Nice to finally meet a few of the shady KB crowd.

As for breasts going unpaid - it wasn't my bill was it? (PM sent)
I paid the barman long before we left. Maybe they forgot to deduct it?
Never cool to be left with unpaid stuff after a big gathering

    Found the receipt

Found the receipt: Might have to check whether they deducted this from the main bill or not.

Just as well too: as I am the bikeless, job-seeker guy yarning about interviews and low funds at the moment (how guilty do I look!)
...worse still, having paid at the bar, I waltzed out while the rest were paying - not a good look.

Hope you get to the bottom of this

Great trip to Wellington. Tech Books was just down the road from lunch so I got to sort out what happend to the book I was after. Gatecrashed lunch and got to met some nice local kiwibikers. Then succeeded in the main mission of buying a basketcase classic. Well it isn't really a classic but I used to have one years ago and couldn't pass this up.

Thanks to apteryx_haasti (cut and paste) for organising this on such a convenient day.

Well, I might be the last to post and say that I hope that's not the last time we do this - it was great. Nasty & I have just got home from having dinner with a couple of Normandale bikers {buuurp}.

The downer is that we had to weave our way past yet another smash on that first left hander after the top of Haywards heading norf. I couldn't see any car(s), Nasty wasn't sure but someone was being worked on over on the outside edge of the corner ... I have a sickening feeling it might have been a biker.

How in gods name do people crash on *that* corner? It's the same one where a car went off late last year with at least one fatality
