Well...... about 2 weeks ago, I low sided going up the rotoma's, me n the bike where a bit scuffed up but i was still able to ride with a bit of discomfort.

Thought I'd spraned my wrist in ankle, but 2 weeks on the wrist was still swollen n sore, found out today that I've broken the skafod bone so I'm in cast for 4 to 6 weeks!!

Ah mate that sucks! At least it's repairable i suppose. Will just have to make it over there again sometime soon.

Things are not going so well in the BOP at the moment,

Sorry to hear about ya wrist r4q2 and the bike, at least it was only a wrist.
