You know that will backfire when they hit puberty.
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

I take full responsibility for taking the mickey here - and I have a full head of hair. It's perhaps not as stylish as this guy's but at least people don't stop, point and laugh!

Hmmmm - I'm due down your way in February. Need to make an appointment with the Horrowhenua-Kapiti Chronicle on business. I could take a look at yer hairstyle and see if it makes me laff if ye like.

    And don't worry:

    a/ I don't drink.
b/ I'll be passing through and staying in Palmerston North.

Had to clarify as I hear you've had an episode with a lone Scotsman.

Ha ha! Good luck with the Chronic - I used to work for them as a photographer and they are pretty dire to deal with! Please feel free to call in for a drink/tea/coffee, I think I'd like your sense of humour - pm me for address details. Or get them off a certain someone who must have told you about our lovely experience with a Scotsman who almost put me off the species for life...

Tsk tsk...and I've told ye before not to generalise. I've been told I'm quite affable for a Glaswegian, Debt Collector, Biker Dude.

I suspect you were dealing with editorial - I'll be dealing with advertising. Quite different people in my experience.

Yes, that's true - but the advertising staff are even worse!

(The offer is genuine, and still stands though.)

all his mates have hair at the sides and none on top ....... so he did this for a joke - or a bet - or because it was Tuesday - or something ......

    It's an inverted receding hairline!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
