For me, the piss off is being told to move from my old plan, which in retrospect, was a far superior plan in all facets, only to be landed in the middle of this fiasco.

At least on a 10gb cap, I got most of my line speed most of the time, and I managed the limits of usage. I am no longer in control of any aspect of my connection, and telecom want ME to tell them what the issue is.......um...NO !!!!

the service ( and i use that term as loosely as i fuckin dare ) is fukin rank... i can't stream pr0n anymore.. i can't play games without being fukin disconnected..its SHIIIITE.

it clearly says 96% of NZ'ers POLLED... POLLED... thats people who answered teh survey.. so could be 48 out of 50 people or 9,600 people out of 10,000 who they rang and who answered.

From what I'm aware (and granted my knowledge gets a bit patchy here) there's Woosh, and of course I'm sure you're more than aware of the new Vodem which looks quite snazzy.
