For me, the piss off is being told to move from my old plan, which in retrospect, was a far superior plan in all facets, only to be landed in the middle of this fiasco.

At least on a 10gb cap, I got most of my line speed most of the time, and I managed the limits of usage. I am no longer in control of any aspect of my connection, and telecom want ME to tell them what the issue is.......um...NO !!!!

The 2006 census of New Zealand shows 4,143,279 residents, can I assume from your post that approximately 3,977,547 people called in against Telecom? Seems like something that might have been noticed earlier...

Or, more logically, could it just be that 96% of the people that called in actually have an issue with Xtra, and that those who don't have an issue couldn't be bothered?

If you go into a shop and buy a coffee and it's just a coffee, you walk off and drink it, if you go in and buy a coffee and it's cold, you go back and complain. Perhaps 1 in 10 people might remark that it was a good coffee. Now if you stood at the counter in that coffee house and remarked on all the people that came up, what would you see?

Can you get where I'm going with this?
NO.. your full of shit and one eyed.

the service ( and i use that term as loosely as i fuckin dare ) is fukin rank... i can't stream pr0n anymore.. i can't play games without being fukin disconnected..its SHIIIITE.

it clearly says 96% of NZ'ers POLLED... POLLED... thats people who answered teh survey.. so could be 48 out of 50 people or 9,600 people out of 10,000 who they rang and who answered.

simple really.. ITS SHITE!!! fukin robbin twating cunts.

    End rant.

What can I say mate, as I'll tell anyone, nobodies forcing you to pay for it... robbing would seem to suggest forcably taking your money. You do have a choice, that choice is to say no.

From what I'm aware (and granted my knowledge gets a bit patchy here) there's Woosh, and of course I'm sure you're more than aware of the new Vodem which looks quite snazzy.

Woosh and Vodem have latency issues in regard to gaming.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
