Dan, its just to the left of the push pin. the carpark we are going to is the grey area above the "den" of rose garden.
The easiest way using that map is to follow the northern motorway to the northcote offramp and turn RIGHT onto northcote road, turn RIGHT again onto Taharoto road and follow that. You go thru three sets of lights. STRAIGHT at the first set, bend LEFT at the second (don't turn hard left up the free turn) STRAIGHT at the third (LH lane) Go STRAIGHT at the round about (its above the "s" in rose garden) and turn RIGHT into the car park.
Don't worry about paying for parking if the barrier is down, just take your ticket. The perimeter fence has motorbike size holes to get out for free!!![]()
The theatre is upstairs in the building right by the car park.
see you there ( I hope)![]()

Do you want directions? Y'cant go wrong. Know that area like the back of m'hand. Down the n'western, wiggle around onto the new linky thing, over the bridge, down the Northern. Lots of ways to go once you're on the far side. Best to avoid the Northcote Offramp (so called, it's really the Smith's Bush offramp).'Cos they've mucked up the road . Yet again. Always messing about with that bit of road, they should never have put that silly bridge in.
Once you're over the bridge , hang a leftish turn (not too soon or you'll end up at Northcote Point). That's Onewa Rd. Go up to the first set of lights, where the formed road used to end before the built the bridge, that's Monument Corner. For obvious reasons. Hang a right, tootle straight as ever you go until you can't go any further. Then hang a right and steam straight ahead. Go past some stuff, until you can turn right onto a majorish road, just by Smale's farm. If you end up in a lake you've gone too far, dry out and backtrack.
Hang a right, winch away following your nose, past Barry's Point Rd and the old rubbish dump (they closed it a while back). Then turn right just by the old Police Station (not sure if that's still there , but you can't miss where it was). Right there, heading toward Ingham's Corner (used to be the best hardware store in Auckland, there - Ichabod). Just before where the hardware store used to be , dive down a alley on your left and wiggle into the car park - or just park around the back.
You can't go wrong.
