Sounds like honest Km, most CBRs would actually be at this stage regardless of stated Km. Grab a bargain, cause most people will steer away from Kms like this even though the bike is just as good as any other.

Service history is probably non existant. I doubt the last 83 owners kept the reciepts.

Have a word to the mechanic who serviced it and ask if he knows of any issues. Even take it elsewhere to get checked out.

Yea, I came across this bike as well. Thought it looks like a pretty good deal, depending on the service history of course. Too bad I can't afford it (that, and my family would disown me) ;P.
