Blue skies, smiling at me....Bing? Frank? Dean? - one of them...(before my time!)

Looking at the rain radar the worst seems to have past but there are still some dodgy bits lurking out at sea....hmmm decisions decisions

Not in my little bit of Kapiti it's not! Hasn't rained for hours. Still too windy to be any fun, though. I'm out.

I am off home to pick up the bike. The sun is trying hard. If it is okay in an hour I will be there.
    Here for the ride.

He only did a remake, surely....?

Its sunny here again...sheesh (rings lead forecaster....)

OK - the worst has past and there will be some fine periods but there is still some active cells heading this way from the Nelson area so there may still be some nasty bits where the wind will go up, the rain will come down, and there could be some thunder and hail too - but only where those cells go.....which may or may not be where we are at the time. I'm going to put my wet weather gear on and go anyway....and see what happens

Wind Has Dropped Sun Back OUt

    Weather is improving.

Sels1 you're right, goes back to 1926, but Willie Nelson in 1970's revival hit.

Well what a lot of Girls Blouses! Threaten a little wind, some wet stuff and all those big horny KBers stay at home with their mums.

Short ride tonight (Haywards/Grays Rd) but a great group at the Sandbar. As Wasp said, we had bad sun strike coming along Grays ... so there all you wimps.

Both Sels1 and I realised the same thing as we came down off Haywards ... we should have done Moonshine Rd ... maybe next week

Yip, not a drop of rain, altho the PK Hill was interesting on the way over with all the leaf litter and rocks that had washed down.
First time I have seen BuckBucks new bike - thats a bit bigger than the Ginny eh?
And the last TCWNR for PheonixGTR, good luck in CHCH mate.
And of course the last official TCWNR of the summer, as daylight saving goes back this weekend. Mind you, if its a nice night next Wed, I prolly will come down....maybe a earlier (6pm?) departure?
