    Heh, that's cute.
    If you aren't allowed to smack them, just use psychological torture like the Americans do. Or, you could do what the USA calls "Extraordinary Rendition" and send the kid to a third country to be tortured - uh, I mean smacked.
    In NZ you'd get a Christian school to do it, like that one up in Auckland.

    My brother has some industrial strength duck tape, i cant rip it.....

    Yep, I reckon it's very do-able. Next KB party you are at Jude, better watch out for the folks with the tape!
