How much money are we talking about here? damages etc?

Did you not get her details when you were waithing on the ground?

Someone that was involved must know her details... she would not have been allowed to leave the scene without making a statement - ring cops till they answer!

Yes i have heaps of details, a whole a4 page of absolutely everything from the scene. but no NZ address for the dutch tourist...

Talking about $2k in repairs if i were to do it, if a shop were to price the repairs up then i have no doubt that the insurance company would write it off.

Dave at Kiwibike is trying to source another written off vfr for me to rape for parts...

Insurance may be a nasty point, being on a 4 hundy and all...

car just changed lanes right into my path, pushed me off the road and onto my left side. I counted that I did 7 somersaults...
Unless your situation has changed (you imply you know you are riding outside of your licence conditions) there would be little point in getting insurance as I would expect they won't pay out.

That would make all the difference.

No need to GIVE them reasons to decline your claim

I am well aware of this, i tried getting retrospective insurance, but that didnt work either. Dave at Kiwibike advised to get an excemption asap. He seems to know what he is talking about with these issues.

Keep trying to get hold of the cops. I believe that in this situation any cops you can get hold of could be useful e.g. local cop shop. The issue to raise with them is not the accident itself but the fact that the woman's trying to do a runner w/out getting involved in what she fucked up. That might get them interested.

Staking out the airport and stab her is sounding better and better all the time.

If you get no joy by Sunday night: Ring customs describe her, tell them that you overheard her talking in a cafe, about carrying a few grams of coke in a condom up her ass. Hopefully if nothing else, they'll go looking for her (and the coke)

can you not see the new owner of the car and ask where she bought it from, or check the ownership details, I thought it took at least a week before the new owners address came up in the system and you could still get the old address. also her insurers must know her address or something. If she is leaving country on monday go to her home (if you can get her address) and make sure she can't leave. She will have to call the cops to make you leave her alone then tell the cops whats up.

Notify the police that she is trying to flee the country before charges can be laid. then call the airport and speak to the customs guys there, maybe they can help maybe not, but it is worth a call.

If you have the number plate of the car, then go to the post shop and get the owner details that way...Im not sure if they still release them but that too is also worth a try.

As for working....if it means I have to tie you down to a bed, and sit there reading you stories till you fall asleep I'll do it!!

Dont worry about work....get your health back up and running then get back into it....at this stage RELAX!
