they probably got sick of everytime they mowed the grass there a piece of bike fairing or indercater , lever footpeg etc. going thru the mowers haha

speaking of which heres a story.

i remember once a trip out to piha , with phenoix and his mate sancho (the guy with the cbr250 with red wheels and yellow tyga fairings that comes on the ATNR ) (the only time ive ever been to piha) me out front giving it a bit of gas stopped and waited for them a couple of times. at the time i had my zxr250a phenoix had his zxr250a and sancho was on a mighty GSX250 which had a week prior had a loverly paintjob in a nice blue with flake was loverly new indercators and everything beautifuly done up, so this was his first big outing on it since the rebuild, looked a million bucks, well here i am already waited a few times i went right time to just keep going because they would come into sight and away i would go again, near the end i noticed a right hander with a old driveway with a few weeds etc growing on it straight ahead and thought well if you came into the corner way to hot you have somewhere to go. and after this thought on my merry little way i went.

so i get to piha, and i wait...and wait....and wait some more...shit they should be here by now, hmmm i better go back and see if they are ok.

so here i am flying thru the piha hills trying to find them in fear that one has crashed or maybe both, up i come and i spot ben waving his cellphone at me ( it's pretty dark so he used it as a light) so i stop....there they are in somebody's driveway holding up the gsx with some cracks on the rh fairing road rash broken indicators etc...oh bugger so i pull up ...sancho was ok luckily.

then look at the lefthand side of the bike ouchhh bent levers fairing in bits ...not as pretty as it used to be.

turns out he came into the right hander with the driveway.... which has a left hander just before it came through the left hander, and went fronm the left to flick into the apex or the right hander....lost the rear . slid it into the bank / ditch he went flying up the driveway and the bike kept going hitting from side to side down the ditch , thus the damage on both sides,

so we went well shit heaps of bits are missing lets try find them, while they are looking in the ditch i go up this little driveway wondering if any bits went up there, and what did i find , indicators well broken ones of about 4 different bikes....about 6 different coloured pieces of fairing, ooo looky a zxr indicator ...complete... ooo i need one of dem so scored that

yer um look out for that corner it seems to like to claim bikes too.

    i'm done

    LOL

    Cheers: Mark

No answer yet on the girls, I might have to go early just to be able to report on the quality and maybe take a couple of photo's!
