I have sussed out alternatives to the Interislander or Bluebridge I dont know however if its actually possible to access the ports to get a pic.Do we try it or shall i just get a pic as in the past....we could possibly do a virtual tag,ie a pic of your bike at a port with a pic of the ship in question of the interweb.

New tag ... The remains of a town devastated by a natural disaster ... and was never rebuilt. One railways shed and a memorial to the town that was, is all that remains ...

wow just over 2 YEARS to make the return trip from bluff to bluff.It was placed on the 17th March 2010 and collected on the 20 th March 2010 to begin its northward journey.It reached Cape Reinga on the 5th December 2010 so taken over a year to make its way back south.

yep it has completed its 4th trip up and down the country so it ready for leg 5 heading north which will be shown on the map with Leg 5N tag 1,etc.I havent decided which symbol i will use yet

Helps that I go over there for work a bit and have been down most of the roads that a Shrek on an adventure bike might adventure onto, so had a pretty good idea where to start looking.

I went from Blenheim(brothers) into lake rotoroa that through the Braeburn track then to the tag them back on the highway and straight to the ferry
Because I came over on the ferry the next tag will be on the north island that's ok isn't it?
