Bin doin a bit more collecting, polishing & assembling The 'bars are a cruiser pushbike beach bend that Ive wrapped leather straps around,added brass caps,the choke ,throttle & a Solex reverse style brake lever As you can see the headlite came up real good after a 2 hour session on the polisher,Ill be adapting a modern lens assy to it later on The Albion 3 speed 'box/clutch is already hand change that'll save a bit of mucking around

Had appointment with the specialist yesterday and he's very happy with the progress. I have more movement in my arm than it took to get 9 months after the accident. Hasn't affected my riding at all, in fact I took the bike in for my appointment. The scar is looking pretty neat and tidy too. Had a wee lumpy thingy at one end of it where the stitches were removed but that's gone away now (kinda looked like a gross pimple!) and the bio-oil has been doing wonders as well. ...
Clive & I headed out of town for a wee mid week tootle with no plans on where to go and we finally ended up in Koupokanui. Go on google it! But before we got there we needed to stop and get some liquid refreshments and some fuel for the body. I've realised that after having my licence for 4 months now that I still enjoy jumping on the back and riding pillion.
