The Bream Bay Community Support Trust is organising their second White Ribbon Motorcycle and Classic car rally this November 28th 2009. Last year we had around 300 bikes attend along with various hot rod clubs with their cars. The White Ribbon Run was started in response to the killing of women and children who died as a result of domestic violence. Yep, hit a half marathon today, Milford Beach ro Devonport, up and down Mt Victoria and back to Milford via Takapuna Beach. Great weather on the shore, saw plenty of great bikes out enjoying the sun and was very jealous, but gotta train so there you go. It was my intention to go for a decent (1000 – 1100km) pre-GC ride today, starting between midnight and 0100 to get a bit of night riding in, then explore a few roads up in the Waikato, but as it transpired, events and the weather worked against me so I just ended up going for a local ride. Well last week a guy at work mentioned he wanted an 'as new' original tail section to replace the tail tidy on his GSF1250... It just happened that I was looking for a tail tidy for my GSF650.
