  1. Riding in Fiji

    I brought my CBF 250 with me to Fiji for a 2 year contract. Shit, the way things are going I will have to ship it back without riding it (legally) here. Talk about bureaucracy. Anyway, in no doubt vain anticipation of such a felicitous eventuality, does anyone know about these tropical mesh armoured jackets? Even with the liner out mine is too warm... Not that I have ridden in it yet, of course....

  2. A day on the hill

    Well, we met at the bottom of the Haywards - the other guys were on 1100's and I had my 750 and the handbrake (oops I mean my dearly beloved wife of course)

    So we turn left and behave ourselves valiantly up to the top where we stop long enough for a ciggy and some bs with the other riders.

    Heading down into the 'rapa side we get stuck behind some stubborn cagers doing sweet fuck all over snail pace - even my uber conservative missy is like 'wtf get past these ...

    Stolen 1999 Suzuki Bandit GSF 250 V. colour - red / or closer to burgundy. bandit insignia is chrome both sides. dials chrome with black clocks. milleage = 83400km. After market baby aluminium round mirrors. brand new rear tyre, still has yellow mould markings on it. under seat has a cable lock, brand new brake pads for front and rear rotors. Receipts also from Red Baron motorcylces. Has a black grab bar at rear. number plate is on moving hinge with REGO: 87ZZR. reward offered. contact 021 044 3209. ...
