Last week I helped out as a rider for the Wellington leg of the Triathlon Series. In the Age Group event I carried a marshall, who was rather officious, penalising several riders with 1 minute time penalties for draughting. In past events, my marshalls would tend to get me to get up close behind errant riders in order that our presence would deter them from doing it, or if another competitor complained, then a rider would get a warning, but seldom was any action taken. It was good fun though, blatting ...

Less than 2 months till I get my full, have my eye on the buell I'm after, hubby has agreed that I can get it when the time comes and if all goes according to plan - but I'm friggin dying here in the meantime! I'm scratching away at the internet, constantly checking to make sure the bike hasnt sold yet, trying to keep preoccupied to keep my mind off it etc. Have also started monthly rides with a group of local gals which is great but doesn't help with the need for a ...
Continued: Every rider has their limits or wedge of safety and in London I had mine. Essentially if there was to be an accident I was going to be legal, well ish, so that meant not overtaking across double yellow lines and pedestrian crossings etc, the highway code through and through. The only thing I could be ‘had’ on was to be speed for this I kept to a formula of plus 10/20(ish) mph, so when overtaking long lines of traffic the speed differential was to be minimal. Charges would ...
Well the second vodafone Homegrown festival went down an absolute treat, as I'd hoped for. It was good hanging out with some friends from out of town, the weather turned out ok and the booze wasn't badly priced. There were babes everywhere, one of whom not so discretely inquired about a public showing of my genitalia, embarrassingly though having just retrieved myself from the cold wellington sea water, it was hardly in an appropriate state for critiquing by the general ...
So, Stevie boy fires me a text a couple of days out asking if I wanted a ride to the Cliffhanger. I was keen. I'd wanted to go this year but things conspired against me until he gave me a yell. Friday stright after work Megan drops me off at his place and we saddle up and start heading south. The plan was to get down there, check into the motel, get a good nights sleep and turn up looking a million dollars. What actually happened was we ended up passing the Mangatainoka Brewery after ...
Tonight at ju jitsu, I got a semi. Not a full on anticipating penetration kind of erection, just a semi, the kind you get when you think what you might like to do to that fit girl walking across the street from you, or when you hear a barely silenced Desmo L-twin roll past.. It wasn't just because I was wrestling with a fit young woman either, well partly.. The best bit about it was because she was actually pretty aggressive, you know, she didn't expect that just because ...
During the late 1980’s I became a despatch rider in London. Motorcycling is always with you and after not havig riden for several years the urge, as they say, returned. More on a wim than reason, I popped into a local motorcycle dealer in Clapham. Everything had pushed the hyperspace button. Bikes looked either as if they'd just come off the Klingon track or about to enter the Paris Dakar. Playing on familiar and hopefully safe ground, I looked for Honda’s, having had six of them ...
