    Don't have any. And it's still bike related unlike ice skates.

    If you guys really want to learn how to ride just PM Cajun or the flamming gorrilla as said or you could just start comming on more rides.

    Cajun's trying to get one going on sunday, give that a go.

    You have to follow the group all the time?
    Leve the ride early nd practise wht you learn on the way home. If you're worried about getting lost, bring a map or just use one at a gas station.

    400km ride, jesus i use to do that before breakfast

    400km ride easy be back by 2, i need to be home by 3ish myself
