Well done Richard. Enjoy your new ride!
Well done Richard. Enjoy your new ride!
"Standing on your mother's corpse you told me that you'd wait forever." [Bryan Adams: Summer of 69]
Nice choice of machine there sir, that blue stands out. That's the good 108hp motor too. They emasculated the GSX750 motor in '98, and it lost 20hp.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
Congrats RWH, You'll be loving the extra horses on that machine.........
Congrats on the full licence too - No restrictions for breaking the law anymore.
Here's hoping the weather picks up.
Is the ride on this week? Weather looks good for the week and there may not be too many good days left.
I had a good ride on Sunday but by hump day I need another one. So who is up for it?
Here for the ride.
Im always keen![]()
yip i will be in
I think it might be damned cold, but I might be there anyway!
No Grub n Nasty tonight, we have another function ... but looking forward to the Sunday ride to the Takas and Whitemans Valley as explained here
Hmm. Will try to be there, but may be late ... hopefully you haven't all left
Richard
I hope you have a good ride. I couldn't make it after all.![]()
Here for the ride.
It was, though chilly.
Just the three of us (with quallman1234 and hsvboy06 - Wasp piked after turning up again), 1 1/2 laps of the inlet and Mana Macs for a bite.
Then, having observed that I'm not really that keen on the twisties in the dark, I went home to Karori via Makara ...
That'll do me - thanks guys.
Richard
It's been such a long time since I have done a Wednesday night ride so I thought "Why not give everyone a reminder?"
Today is the last day of waiting, the last 3 months have flown by. The last couple of Wednesday Night rides I attended it was "55 days to go" etc etc.
So tomorrow is the event of the year, well for me at least. Yes that's right....................it's SLAYER .![]()
I will update you all on the next Wednesday night ride, haha. If I can still hear!
http://slayer.net - Just in case anyone is interested. Yeah Right!
Rock on everyone.
Is a good idea slayer although it looks like, as in previous years, that the cold & dark weave their evil magic to discourage people and so it finally dies.
We seem to have found a very agreeable alternative however in the Sunday rides. The last three weekends have seen around 30 people involved. Sure the weather's been great which helps. This Sunday's forecast is for Fine, Dry, Light winds ... so we're all on again.
Come join us, the event is here http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/ca...&day=2007-4-22.
See you there?
