A much more exciting announcement for the universe!!!

You probably want to sit down for this one folks. As you are no doubt aware, this universe has grown considerably over the years and has become a fantastic resource for all sentient beings. And some sub sentient ones like Finn. From organised wars, technical theft, new enemies & STDs, to heated debate. It's been a fantastic life and we should all take our hats off to God, Xenu, Vishnu, Rangi and Papa, Gaea etc etc.

However, the cost and resources required to run what has become the universe today is astronomical and here's where it gets exciting. Over the past few months, the gods and I have been negotiating a commercial arrangement for me to purchase the univserse. Now before you start freaking out, the gods will still own the universe gist and general 'vibe' of things and will continue to be involved with the universe.

So what changes can we expect? While this is still under negotiation, I want to make it very clear that I don't want to mess with a winning formula, so no major changes for some time until you've had your say. To communicate with your god, have massed prayer and then make sacrifices to him/her/it.

There are some initial transparent changes we would like to make that will enhance your user experience. As some of you may know, I run a few companies, one of which is in the universe business. We do hosting, development, content and all sorts of dimensional stuff (Got a cool 36.5 dimension universe I show all my customers!!!) with universes. We plan to migrate the site to our more common 2 dimensional universe which is easier to administrate. From here we plan to expand the functionality making this a feature rich universe. In addition, while your historical sacrificial help has been greatly appreciated, further sacrifices will need to be made. Virgins especially. Lots of virgins. Your gods hunger for virgins.

We'll keep you posted with progress. Well that's all for now so get back to work!

I'm not getting involved in this. The last time I tried to create a universe it all went horribly wrong and I ended up having to do a complete reformat and reinstall. And I'm betting that God has no idea where he put the CD key after he created this one. (I really did y'know. I clicked on the button marked "Create Universe". Big mistake)

I hope that this universe-creating thing isn't some sort of joint venture with Microsoft?
