    Buy it coz you want it.

    Buy a disposable sportsbike later if you still feel the need.

    My new bike only puts out 53hp but still I will love and cherish it as it saves me money on speeding tickets!

    Don't worry, it's a Ducati. It'll make up for it in repairs and maintenance.

    Go to India and buy the bike there.

    They are not go fast machines but they have a great style. Shame they are so pricey over here brand new.

    Had the pleasure to ride one everyday for 3 months in India in 97. Cool comfy beastie with an honest work attitude. Speeding was irrelevant, as anything over 70kmh overthere is suicide.(truck passing truck passing car, passing oxcart etc)
