Get everyone in the country to flip a gold coin.
If there's more heads than tails give David the coins.
If it's tails give the coins to Joe Karam.
Guilty
Innocent
Don't know.

Soapbox house of cards and glass, so don't go tossing your stones around.
You musta been.... high. You musta been...
On the day of the killings we saw David Bain being carried out of the house in a wheelchair. I thought at the time, "He killed them", and I've heard nothing since that has changed my mind.
The whole "You are the only one who deserves to live" scenario is just too bizarre.
Can I believe the magic of your size... (The Shirelles)
Not good, but if (big if) Dad did it then I'd call his fate a blessed one, he was very lucky not to now be 6 foot under with the rest and jail sure beats that option.
I don't think he would have had 13 good years living it up - he'd have been too traumatised by the loss of his entire family. Sad wherever he was. Might have needed institutional care of one kind or another. At least he now has a kinda dad substitute in Karam out of this - there is the silver lining.
My decision may depend on how he comes over - if he does not go for compo I will be more swayed to "innocent".
RM, At least spell his name right, ya twit!
Determined to kill my bike before it kills me
I say f*ck it, lets go riding.
Could have been another (third) person, perhaps one of the house burners, did they (police) look far enough?
Strange people, surrounded by even stranger people, why the urgency in burning down the house?Secrets? Guilt? Fear? Shame? :spudwhat:
So many unanswered questions, probably not even asked!John.
He's definitely guilty of a fashion crime!
He should have shot the nana who's knitting him those cardy's
Maybe that's what drove him over the .....e.d.d.d.d.g.g.g.g.e.e.e.e.e.![]()

I'm not aware of all the facts (granted, no-one really is, but I'm talking about the facts that are availlable), but my theory is - particularly after spending some time working in a prison during the 2001 prison strikes - everyone inside claims they're innocent. The only ones who are innocent, are the ones who work there... I'm with Toaster on this one...![]()
Hold my trophy while I kiss your girlfriend
I know a few cops that were on the case and they basically said... guity and and another said not enough eveidence...
well anyway its not up to us but the jury, we haven't heard all the eveidence (neither has the sitting juries... and this goes for many more cases as well... they obviously don't want to hear the whole truth)
