This Year's South Island KB get together - Otematata??

I'd like to be, but the three young'uns all work so it may not fit. Still, worth looking at. We started with the Glenorchy this year so it would be good to take in a different one next year.

So should we have a poll as to whether we should decide the site with a poll or .....

The following sites have been suggested:
Otematata
Kaikoura (Staging Post ie Hurunui region)
Blackball
Mt Somers
Southern west coast

Are there any more suggestions cos I don't think polls can be edited once begun. And if/when a poll is posted, it might be good to reveal voters names so those NI intruders can be weeded out. All are welcome to come of course (feel the love).

Otherwise we could just go with the first person to suggest an appropriate site and confirm that it is available.

Any problems with 8 December?

yeah people lets sort this shit out... I have been watching the goings on with the thread and the winging "ohh its too far too go" "ohhh its too close to home"

No problems with any site from my point of view, the 8th is a good time. dont forsee any issues at this time. Ya never know, and if the worst came to that I would by a pack of tissues wipe away the tears, and hug to comfort the Griso

It would be nice to plan it to be

The West (lower) Coast would be a spot, but not sure where would be a spot... maybe next year.. or the year after.
