    And reversing Rav4 drivers?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

It's just that most KBers haven't met you in person or grown to love you....
When the stool at the end of the bar is reserved just for you, then you will know that you are one of us

The group of (to quote Joni) "arses on KB who don't think before they engage their typing hand" doesn't include people who are in the clique.

Nepotism and hypocrisy are two words that spring to mind.

    Just my 2c, but

KB is just like anywhere else, Get some time up before you start acting the big show on campus. You have to have been around for a while and contributed in some way, shape or form significantly before you can start telling everyone else how you reckon the show should be run.
Oh, and as has been stated many times.-KB is NOT a democracy. Dont like it-leave.

Welcome to the real world Joni.

Utopia exists only in the mind of the Utopian seeker.

As with all fantasies, it is always the brand that the fantasiser desires and imagines, that is acceptable to them.

The real world and the fantasy world of the mind conflict because of the individuality of us all but as they say, "variety is the spice of life".

Freedom gives us all the right to express our individuality.

As long as we don't infringe on other peoples rights we should be encouraged to express our individuality to the full.

Motorcyclists are usually free thinkers who value their freedom of expression and freedom to choose very highly.

If you impede their freedom of expression you may just as well let down their tyres and throw away their keys!

KB has always been a vehicle of that so cherished emotion that the members desire, "freedom of expression"!

It is just possible that many of them perceive that the moderators have stifled this on KB!

Rightly or wrongly every individual has a "perception" and that perception for them is their own "reality" and that is the only way that they can see it.

Rules should be kept to the absolute minimum, they should be clear, concise, consistently monitored, enforced and judged.

If that is not practiced they will be completely ineffective and disrespected.

You only have to look at our road rules to understand what I am trying to say.

Personally, I have not seen any change that impedes my freedom of expression on KB.

It seems to me that others have, otherwise we would not be having this thread! Why? Cheers, John.

Ferks sake.... it's simple surely. There are rules that are in place. Agree or disagree - it doesn't matter... it's just a case of choosing to stay or go.

I fit in, I want to stay. People I like are in here - another reason I choose to stay.

I've been lightly smacked on the hand for breaking a rule or two here or there .. and rightly so. But all the while I had the choice to stay or go. I'm not the baddest or the most contentious or the mouthiest so maybe I buy myself an easy run but - over all of that is the basic value of KB. If it was not worth my time being involved (as little or as much as you may think I am)... then I wouldn't be here.

Instead - I choose to stay.

The mods do a bitch of a job. Peacekeeping the Middle East would possibly be simpler. I don't want the job, and to be blunt - I am convinced I'm not up to it. Respect for those that are.

Ixion and Motu are both big boys who are more than capable of making their own decisions, and they have. They chose to leave. I don't understand it personally, but then I don't have all the facts and I know them well enough to respect their decisions were made after suitably weighing up everything for and against.

I fail to see the big deal, and to be honest I'm not sure it should be one. Should it? (Rhetorical)

Only if he does it excessively or makes a habit of it. Ditto for incredibly large font sizes or other extravagances whilst posting.
