Bike lift - Pit stands for big cruisers

Anyone come across a pit stand / Bike lift that will deal with the heavier bikes, eg, Boulevard c90T over 320kgs, something that will lift the whole bike off the ground, ie wheels free..... no good putting a normal a-frame type under back and front as it has nothing to attach to on drive side..

You might think you're funny, and I SOMETIMES might think your funny, but someone who doesn't know you and then you crack a joke that is a bit insultingwhen they are trying to get help might react differently.

In a way, yes, I was being serious... When I need to jack up my bike when lubing the chain etc, I use the scissor jack from my mom's car... what's wrong with a hydraulic jack?

Stability for one thing. I think he might care if his bike falls off of it, just a little bit, don't you?
Also, you're not really supposed to have those kinds of jacks hold the car up for very long. That's what these are for.

    Hi
Got a topmag bike jack for $150. It lifts my 340kg HD just fine.

That might work for you ZeroIndex but with over 320ks and a Long Wide bike I dont think I want to be sitting beside it when it decides to leave the premises on its own accord ;-)..

A few years back the workshop I worked in we made up a stand for big bikes. It was made up from 2 car jacks joined together --worked a treat

I had a similar problem, it was a pain to wash the wee beastie without a service stand.

    Hey johnny
You could go for something a bit cheaper from the states, these guys are real quick on delivery. And the reports I have seen say this is a good lift.

BUT this is what I use in the workshop for wheels off work. from Trade Quip in East Tamaki http://www.tradequip.co.nz/products.asp?code=TQ2043 awsome lift, the big cruisers sit rock solid on them once fully lifted and sitting on its lock pin. For wheels on work I use a air lift bench.

    Good luck on your hunt.
