    FANFUCKINTASTIC!

Now if only the refs could stop the foul play on Richie and we don't have to unleash Jerry and the rest on them ending up in red cards.......

    What? What?!?

I thought you were going to say something about FullContactPirateRulesYachtRacing. Now that would be exciting.
So, no-one sunk? There were no giant fireballs as the torpedo keel bulb turned out to be full of high explosives?
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Boats and teams are so even, one mistake and your history - or maybe not! TNZ kept their cool and came back and Alinghi just picked the wrong side.

It's too close to call. Head says Alinghi has the edge, but last night TNZ showed their hardness and my respect for Dean Barker went up a notch.

    Great race for sure!

Bloody yodelling Nazis and turncoats, but they are a formidable team that had Mrs T and I writhing in agony at 4 am. That one has to be historical.

there was question about how he would perform under pressure before and after the third race, doubt that question remains and I feel old Butterworth maybe using the F word a little more in the coming days.

Awesome race....and Butterworth had to complain afterwards that the race shouldn't have been held in those wind conditions.....bet he wouldn't have said that if Alinghi won.

Hope I'm not the only one that thinks Butterworth is an arrogant pr*ck.

Watched the highlights this morning. Spent most of the first half of the race yelling at the crappy editing, by half way through it was obvious that they had their work cut out to edit it down at all. What a stonker of a yacht race. I also didn't realise till after than when TNZ's bowman came a cropper they got the port genoa sheet gnarled up and had to cut it free - hence TNZ being stuck on starboard for so long, heading over to the right hand side of the course, opening up a huge separation over Alinghi and nearly NEARLY throwing the whole thing in the bin.

Holy shit, what a race. Can you imagine how tense the final run would have been onboard TNZ?

Im glad we won, i was watching the highlights this morning but i had to leave for my last exam. When i left tnz had just stuffed up some sail thing coming down (he fell over bord!) and the lead went from 350m to 50m! then sortly after they had lost the lead!

What a race! Well done to tnz!
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Anyone else think Pete Montgomery should give it up? He had Coutts with him this morning and wouldn't let the best helmsman in the world get a word in edgewise. His inane commentary drives me NUTS!
