If the destination is more important than the journey you aint a biker.

It seems that the more people I meet through motorcycling - the more edgy I get when one of these threads comes through...

    RIP rider.

To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Becareful out there guys n gals

Biking is fun but its not worth your life
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

I was flying back from Napier this evening and flew over there and saw all the traffic jams, was hoping it wasn't going to be a biker

    RIP rider.

I agree with you both... Sad news! A community like KB with so many members... it'll be an anxious wait for more news.
