Phew, will be able to christen the Freewind in peace without it being recorded for eternity. See if I can get some battle scars to match XF650s ones from last weekend.

Me too, it's been a while since I've been out in the dirt. I got the bike geared backed down yesterday and gave it the once over, so I'm all set. I just hope the snow stays away, I still remember playing the in the bloody horrible stuff on the South side last year.

Looks like there is potential for a little bit of rain on Sunday but there should be a break over the middle of the day. At this stage I'm still keen but will update again on Saturday sometime. Let me know if you are not keen.

So far the attendees are (correct me if I'm wrong)

Hope you get to have your ride & it goes well for you.

I guess I won't be riding off road with any of yous for quite awhile as I'm putting my DR650SE up for sale tomorrow.
    One day I'll be back.

I'm still keen unless the weather is too bad, but it's looking OK for Sunday so far.

My DR650, not to be confused with Js DR650 (I got a yellow one, natural IMS tank, black handguards, J has a yellow bike, yellow IMS tank, yellow handguards. She insisted on a little more colour matching than me). J is going to a birthday thing instead.

Weather looking like should be OK for tomorrow. Rain is suppose to arrive in the evening so should be ok.

See you all under the bridge at 10.

Do all the out of towners know how to get under the bridge?
Just in case... it's off the Main North Road (Not to be confused with the Northern motorway), when heading North out of Chch go over the Old Waimak Bridge and hook left at the end, follow your nose over the hump and you should see the underneeth of the motorway bridge ahead of you.

We took our pup's for their first walk at the river today.
I hope you like mud and water because there is ton's of it.

I told F/Q today I would try and work on my bike today (because it was wet) so I could go for a ride tomorrow.

Well I got side tracked in to trying to find parts for a mates bike.
The long and short of it is, no parts and no work on the bike or house.
Apart from chopping up some fire wood.

Have a good ride, have fun and Ryan look after your self mate.
Feel the fear and do it anyway

There are alot of highly educated idiots out there.
