Ouch - hope you're not talking from experience
I did some grass time at 120 a few weeks ago - about 20 meters of it, stayed upright

Do you remember that young fella, use to go riding with us, who high sided on the Divi a couple of years ago, he hurt his ankle or foot. He had blond hair, small guy, I think he was from Te Awamutu, Otorohonga or Pirongia some where
He hasn't been riding here for while now

    I get 230 - 250 ks max on a 1200, I'm surprised you don't get more from an R6

I was surprised on Sunday, I rode at the same pace with a young fella on a very nice, newish ZX6RR - he used as much fuel as I did on my 1200.

Malcolm on his CBR600 was getting about 50ks more than I was while riding together around the South Island

I filled up the 1000 today. 13.5 litres got me 229km of open roads at a good pace plus the commute to work this morning bumper to bumper in fog

The open stuff was not outrageously fast tho, cruising around 130 (except that time trying to catch up to Insomnia after a glove problem, but we won't discuss figures)

I get a large variance of range.. from 248k >388 ! .. that must have been a nana ride!! My reserve switch doesnt work so tis permantly open. If i run out .. its run out So I keep an eye on my range and style of driving
I suspect a carburetor bike would vary more than an injected one... Perhaps
