    KTM 200exc radiator wanted!

Having successfully squashed the left hand radiator I now need another one.....so , if anyone knows where a second hand radiator to fit a 2004 KTM 200 EXC is, let me know please.

It isn't urgent as the existing one is still holding pressure but I'm not sure for how long.

I was trying to avoid finding that out......but, in the interests of science, etc, etc

    $535.00.

It might be cheaper to buy a new bike!

Ebay is an option, looks like around US$150 plus freight, so thats a fall back if needed (nothing available at the moment). I hadn't considered straightening as it's aluminium (I presume) and I thought that may not go well, it's had a fairly hard hit on the side...imagine a tie down snapping and it falling onto a steel trailer edge...you get the idea?
If you know anyone that does straighten them, tell me please, it's worth a try.

Hubby got his repaired at a Radiator place down Barrys Point Rd, Takapuna. Think its North Shore Radiators or maybe Auckland Radiators??
    They'll be in yellow pages.
They done good job at good price.

i got both my radiators straightened by a guy in waiuku after my crash at maramarua, the left one was a more that a bit gone, like grab the top and bottom tanks then twist in opposite directions so the top tank is a 90 degrees to the bottom one, also punctured it aswell
the right one was squashed in like your one sounds like it is, by about 50mm from where it should have been
now both are straight and dont leak, cost about $50 or something like that for both to be fixed
both flyinktm and jt thought that the left radiator was a right off, but screw getting replacement gasgas parts in nz, was $75 for a oem gear lever
yea wheel and frame in cambridge can fix nearly any radiator to new, or so iv heard from the bike shop
we may just go where no ones been

You'll keep......, I only use trees as a last resort now, I found those grass bushy things are a bit softer. Had a very short but quick blast at the sandpit sunday afternoon to test my newly rearranged radiator, didn't see you lurking anywhere with that bloody video camera.

Barty and others, thanks for the repair suggestions, sounds like that might work, it's almost due for a top end rebuild so I'll look at the radiator then.
