    Blah Bring the Sunglasses?

Sounds like quite a band of of adv riders and I'm heading down with another 3 via a Twizel stopover and as many gravel roads as we can fit in.

Sitting here looking out at the rain & gale after having fitted a new rear tyre, valve check, service and resprayed the exhaust - it's amazing how maintenance seems quite important quite close to a big trip & doesn't get done at any other time

    Looking at the weather forecast:

I reckon it's surfshorts & shades ... hope someones bringing a fridge for the beer... or maybe the Met Service is having a laugh

On the safe side I'm still going to bring the tent and 4 season bag!
    Cheers Bish

You are going to need ice chippers fitted to the TKC's when all that sun melts the snow and the fost at night freezes it!!

Yeah you are right there, mind you there will be a crowd of Katies outside the shop so that should be a pointer in the right direction. Failie at the "Old Library" will be the first place to look for him if its anything like last year!

Sorry lads, going to have to pull out, the 50:50 has come into play. Have fun, and take care in the snow and ice. Throw a 50cc (or a banjo) on the fire for me.

    Cheers

Dont worry Chrispy you will not be on ya own old buddy, all good Katy riders need the regular caffiene intake to cope with Katy habits like knob shreading, shingle spreading tendencys so any coffee stop will be a crowded affair!
