    Well where to I start?!
Geestring and I wanted a project and we definately have just that.

We've taken the cylinder head cover off, which was put on back-to-front. There is debris like leaves and shit in the heads, so that needs a good clean out. It's been out in the weather for a while.

There was two different spark-plugs in it (one was just sitting in there!) so we think the new spark-plugs needed are BR-8ES's.

The guy we got it off clearly had no idea what he was doing and has tried to strip it down and then put it back together. We just need someone to confirm what might be missing of it.

We wouldn't mind catching up with someone that has stripped one of these engines before so we can see how much of a lemon it is, and espically before we try to fire it up.

By the way Puddy's been great - he is a legend. Thanks mate for all your help today

Hey babe, what an awesome project! I know you'd mentioned doing it in the past, but I'm stocked you're actually going ahead.

As far as specs and such for the engine, how about checking this out:

    http://www.themotorbookstore.com/suzgs19.html

It might be worth your while to invest in buying the manual for it?

i'll try to see if I can get any free version via the web...

Sorry about not leaving the tyres by the door..... They were around the back. Got a little sidetracked before leaving for the ride. Still here if you want them.
