You're doing quite well when you can remember a place from it's gate.

I believe I win the prize.
Mona Vale, entrance on 63 Fendalton road.
The gates were open, hence the multiple photos, and I didn't have it in me to close them in order to take the photo.
Will head out soon to take the new tag. It will be around town probably, because it's frickin freezing out there.
Hiya. Was on a straight.Just this side of Hanmer turn off. Riding with a group doing about 100ks, maybe slightly less. Fairly heavy rain. We had plenty of room between bikes luckily. Bike just slid out from under me on a greasy patch. Didn't have time to do anything. Bike behind me stayed upright. One behind him went down too on another patch.
No serious injuries and both bikes injured, so could have been MUCH worse.
You should really know where this is.
Haha. Sir Wild I certainly do know where that is!!
Freudian slip on my last post. Both bikes WERE injured but what I meant to say was insured LOL![]()

While we were out my baby reached a special milestone...
50,000kms old and you've still got random people at the petrol station thinking you're new. Good on ya!
Good job McWild and then Phoenix
Bit of a bummer Rosie, crashing with out an obvious reason(s) could be a bit of a confidence knocker. My crashes have all had easily identifiable factors, usually a combination, but it could be said that in a way I was asking for it each time so far.
I don't ask for it as often any more.
Have you got a push bike? We will miss you (and Guzzza) in the game until your return.
JMemonic got the XJ on road yet?

I was coming out of North Hagley Park, going maybe15- 20 kph, squeezed the brake to slow right down for the double judder bar but locked it up. Hit the judder bar a couple of feet later and that stopped me dead. The bike went down to the right. Was puzzled to find the left mirror a few meters up the road, later I was aware of my left knee being pretty sore and figure I kung-fooed the mirror with my knee on the way over. It wont be messing with me again! Got me just below my knee actually, just below the armourVery pleased she started with little fuss and got me home on one cylinder.
I should be able to attend to the sticky outy bits myself but not sure what the deal will be with the spark plug cap/lead and the crash bar looks pretty ugly. Not actually sure I could get that style to replace it.
Anyway, I got off light. a couple of wee scuffs on the leather and a bump on my knee. sounds like rosie should be buying a lotto ticket!
