YZF250 2001 piston?

I heard they take quite an expensive piston and ring or something and they will be dear to replace.

Is this true?

just remembered passwords to suppliers site and checked $$ they are cheaper than most a the more modern stuff would just need to know what size it has in it as there is a A,B,C sizes RRP is only 273.24 gasket set 84.80 bearing 23.26

Awesome. Hopefully I don't have to replace it but somebody said they were more expensive in the 01/02's so I wanted to check it out.
